Nelly Belly’s provides luxury candy buffets and display setups for parties and events. By booking our services, you acknowledge that our role is limited to designing, setting up, and providing candy displays at your event location.

2. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event date.
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full payment is still required.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you are not required to pay the remaining balance.

If you cancel within 7 days of the event, full payment is due.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Nelly Belly’s is not responsible for any allergic reactions or food sensitivities related to the candy we provide. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests.

Once the candy display is set up, Nelly Belly’s is not responsible for any damages, theft, or breakages that occur.

While we strive for timely setups, we are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, venue restrictions, or other external factors.

5. Website Use & User Restrictions

By accessing our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only.

You may not attempt to copy, distribute, or misuse any of our branding, images, or content without permission.

You may not engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities on our website.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, and designs displayed on our website or in our event setups are the exclusive property of Nelly Belly’s. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
